It was a pleasure to discuss creativity and the conformity of the modern music industry with Matthew Herbert at the Qwartz Electronic Music Awards.
Matthew is a British electronic musician who has spent over two decades releasing music under guises including Doctor Rocket, Radio Boy and Mr. Vertigo and has worked with heavyweight musicians such as Quincy Jones, R.E.M. & Bjork.We didn’t hesitate to probe Herbert’s creative vision, political influences and forthcoming work.
