Jeff Clavier runs SoftTech VC – a seed stage venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley.We met with Jeff at Le Web3 (held in France) to talk about his new seed fund, the type of companies he is looking for the investments he has already made and why French entrepreneurs interested in building Web 2.0 consumer startups (e.g. Loic Le Meur) should be based in the Valley.
