Mike Dixon of testcard.tv – the controversial TV aggregator

We interviewed Mike Dixon at the Mashup Event where he was demonstrating testcard.tv – a new online TV aggregator.
According to Mike, testcard.tv provides links to video content available elsewhere on the Internet and as it doesn’t host any of the content itself, should not be held liable for any copyright infringement. Others are not so sure
