London DJ Chris Coco broke into the acid house scene of 80s Brighton with his hugely successful Coco Club, which propelled him to editor of DJ Magazine by the time the 90s dawned. He also headed up BBC Radio 1′s The Blue Room with Rob Da Bank and played for Robbie Williams on his 2006 world tour.

These days Chris is cracking the viral radio market online with his flagship show Melodica and has a forthcoming record in collaboration with the Big Chill, slated for release in the coming months. We hit him up with a few questions about how he’s promoting his show and the financial struggle of online radio. We catch up with him at London’s Music 4.5 event
