Working 9 To 5: Kato Outlines the Inspiration Behind Music Community Work:Ethic

On a dreary afternoon we ended up in a skylight flat overlooking East London to interview a non-assuming gentleman named Kato about Work:Ethic, an online music community that explores how creative people craft their art.
We were keen to discern the idea that sparked the project, the commercial potential of the site and the new burden on artists to effectively become their own managers.
